This bug isn't actually "Fixed" per say.  Ciaranm is still on "Parole", and
will
be monitored by me and Weeve.  If anything of note happens, it'll get filed
here
for tracking purposes.  I believe this monitoring will adhere to the same time
period as the probabtion for a new dev, 30 days, but devrel can correct if this
is inaccurate.

Someone would have to review the meeting logs, but I'm 99.99999999998% certain
thats what was agreed upon.
