media-libs/jpeg-mmx has been downgraded in portage.

digikamimageplugins has a versioned dependency on jpeg-mmx for the mmx USE flag
which needs downgrading to >=media-libs/jpeg-mmx-0.1.6

I don't know whether it's possible to do away with the versioned dependency and
just reference media-libs/jpeg-mmx.
