dev-perl/MIME-Base64-2.12-r2

puts itself in: 
/usr/lib/site_perl/5.6.1/i686-linux/
which is not in the normal perl @INC


It should probably really be in:
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/i686-linux/
