Older version of transcode breaks when >=media-libs/libquicktime-0.9.4 (which is a dependency of other stable packages) is installed.

A newer version of transcode needs to be marked stable. A newer k3b need to be marked stable as the old version doesn't support the new transcodes.

Marked stable on amd64 as needed to fix stable tree.

Diego,

"Please note that transcode >= 0.6.13 is incompatible with dvd::rip 0.50.18, so upgrade dvd::rip to 0.52.0 if you want to use newer transcode releases."

So now that you upgraded transcode, please stabilise dvdrip to at least 0.52.0, otherwise dvdrip won't work and more bugs will be filled
