mailbase shouldnt install all the pam.d files if you dont have pam in USE

Hi,
Just for your information, written on 13-feb2005.
i also had issues with 'net-mail/mailbase-0.00-r8' tring to overwrite files from 'courier-imap-4.0.1-r1' otherwise it won't install (stops with a message) - requires manual work to finish.
made a diff with two conflicting files: "/etc/pam.d/pop3 & /etc/pam.d/imap" - there are quite no differences accept in the headers/comments.
So no problems, but still not solved in portage.
