The latest version of feh (media-gfx/feh-1.2.7) needs the jpegint.h file
distributed with media-libs/jpeg, but it is not installed by make install. So
it should be installed explicitly. in src_install().

Please, update portage with this update.

jpeg-6b-r4.ebuild

This is my ebuild for jpeg which installs the header file jpegint.h into
/usr/include. It is based on jpeg-6b-r3.ebuild, the latest one found on
portage.
