Same issue here: /var/tmp/portage/x11-drivers/xf86-video-nouveau-1.0.11/work/xf86-video-nouveau-1.0.11/src/drmmode_display.c:725:2: error: too few arguments to function ‘PixmapStartDirtyTracking’ Should be fixed with 1.0.12. I'm putting a version restriction until someone takes care of the bump (I don't have nvidia hw). To git+ssh://git@git.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git f8110ce..f9960de master -> master You'll all have to downgrade xorg-server back down to 1.17.x until nouveau is bumped.
