Please add keyword ppc or at least ~ppc for sys-auth/polkit-kde-agent.

As mentioned in bug 352970#c6  KDE 4 stable is currently not possible on ppc without keyword'ing this ebuild due to a blockage:

Locally installed KDE 4.6.3 and
sys-auth/polkit-kde-agent-0.99.0 **
and working well so far.

Sounds reasonable. ppc, if you have the time...

Massimo, if you're using kde on ppc, please consider becoming an arch tester for that team. They really need the help.
