In the section entitled "udev loads modules in an unpredictable order", /etc/modules.autoload.d/kernel-2.6 is mentioned as a way to get modules loaded in the correct order. This file is not present in the baselayout-2 world.

Expected Results:  
Presumably it should reference /etc/conf.d/modules instead, but I'm not sure how module order is handled there, so it might need some further tweaking.
