app-misc/mc-4.6.0-r3 defines smbpasswd as /usr/private/smbpasswd, not 
as /etc/samba/private/smbpasswd.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Emerge mc

Actual Results:  
mc is emerged, expecting to find smbpasswd in /usr/private

Expected Results:  
mc should expect to find smbpasswd in /etc/samba/private

fixed in -r3 and -r4 :)
