Rebuild doesn't change this linking issue. It did work for me both times, but maybe that's to do with the circumstance that you have a different libdir. Stable for HPPA PPC. 13 Aug 2010; Maciej Mrozowski <reavertm@gentoo.org> +poppler-0.14.2.ebuild: Version bump, do not use preserve_old_lib - as one cannot possibly tell what version we're upgrading from which will cause invalid suggestions to run revdep-rebuild and upstream is bumpimg soversion often. Restore ewarn instead. I hope this revdep-rebuild issue won't happen again... - so good people please stay away from this ewarn and do *not* introduce preserve-old-lib never again without consulting it with me :P (In reply to comment #7) > I hope this revdep-rebuild issue won't happen again... - so good people please > stay away from this ewarn and do *not* introduce preserve-old-lib never again ^^^^^ ^^^^^ Unintended double negation. ppc64 stable arm stable alpha/ia64/s390/sh/sparc stable, closing |
