*** Bug 330917 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** There is a tentative fix in numpy repo for this: http://projects.scipy.org/numpy/changeset/8526 This change is included in >=dev-python/numpy-1.5.0. Alpha team: Could you verify if >=dev-python/numpy-1.5.0-r1 is fixed? (In reply to comment #3) > This change is included in >=dev-python/numpy-1.5.0. > Alpha team: Could you verify if >=dev-python/numpy-1.5.0-r1 is fixed? Not a member of the team, but the build of =dev-python/numpy-1.5.0-r1 OK on my alpha. Kazuyoshi Same from me: builds and passes its test suite nicely on our dev machine. @kazuyoshi: what kind of machine are you using for testing? If you want alpha to stabilize 1.5.0-r1 on alpha instead of 1.4, please note so explicitly. (In reply to comment #7) > @Python: the bug this one blocks only mentions 1.4, not 1.5. If you want alpha > to stabilize 1.5.0-r1 on alpha instead of 1.4, please note so explicitly. 1.5.0-r1 is not ready to go stable. There are few things that need to be sorted out first, e.g. bug 335908. @alpha I think you should pass on bug 326251. I've closed 326251 as we we'll do what xarthisius suggested. If there's a different good reason to pursue 1.5.0 quicker, please open a new bug. @Kazuyoshi: thanks again for your help. |
