The power management guide needs updating for baselayout-2 (for example, /var/lib/init.d no longer exists). At the very least it should warn users about parts that will not work with baselayout-2

Dupe.

We already have a tracker bug for documentation updates at bug #213988, but we're limited in what we can do because we do not document ~arch packages.
