Also for ati-drivers. also we need it in the overlay vdr-devel for the vdr developer tree up from media-video/vdr-1.7.5 Bug #267307 also probably needs this. It seems to me that a year or two ago, i could change the ebuild filename and it would download the kernel from kernel.org and install the needed headers.
