Give it some runtime then add arches. I will take care of that. bug 259818 is a bump to -r1 to remove contrib/hg as dev-util/mercurial's bash-completion module is superior. after installing 20081219-r1 I get things like gentoo ~ # source /etc/profile gentoo ~ # eselect bashcomp enable apache2ctl gentoo ~ # source /etc/profile -su: have: command not found gentoo ~ # eselect bashcomp disable apache2ctl gentoo ~ # source /etc/profile gentoo ~ # eselect bashcomp enable gvim gentoo ~ # source /etc/profile gentoo ~ # eselect bashcomp enable git gentoo ~ # source /etc/profile gentoo ~ # eselect bashcomp enable apache2ctl gentoo ~ # source /etc/profile -su: have: command not found gentoo ~ # eselect bashcomp disable gentoo gentoo ~ # source /etc/profile -su: have: command not found -su: have: command not found so far just noticed it when enabling apache2ctl and also when disabling gentoo Did you not enable the base module? nope i missed that sorry /me kicks self for missing einfo (In reply to comment #5) > nope i missed that sorry > /me kicks self for missing einfo > Ok, thanks. You basically just reported the same as bug 254000 - which I have no clue on how to solve. You don't need to be on CC anymore, thanks for the reply. arches, b-c-20081219-r1 has been in the tree for only a short time but its predecessor b-c-20081218 was ready to be marked stable..this one just fixes one of the small bugs that it had. Let me know if you have any problems.. Keywords: bash-completion-20081219-r1: ~alpha ~amd64 ~arm ~hppa ~ia64 ~mips ~ppc ~ppc64 ~s390 ~sparc ~x86 (In reply to comment #7) > arches, b-c-20081219-r1 has been in the tree for only a short time but its > predecessor b-c-20081218 was ready to be marked stable..this one just fixes > one of the small bugs that it had. > > Let me know if you have any problems.. > > Keywords: bash-completion-20081219-r1: ~alpha ~amd64 ~arm ~hppa ~ia64 ~mips > ~ppc ~ppc64 ~s390 ~sparc ~x86 > Oh what the heck: stable for HPPA. amd64 stable x86 stable Stable on alpha. sparc stable For the remaining arch devs: Note that completion won't work for apache2ctl, since it relies on the output of a Debian specific /usr/sbin/apache2ctl script (on Gentoo apache2ctl is a wrapper for the apache2 init script), which according to their patches outputs all arguments (restart, start, stop, etc) on a single line. arm/ia64/s390 stable ppc64 stable Marked ppc stable. Closing since we're the last arch. |
