Hmmm, I think, I found a duplicate of this, sorry. #13201 My KDE is according to "ldd kdesktop" indeed linked against the X11-Freetype. Anyone found a solution already? What revision of xfree do you have? Azarah said in bug #5305 this should be fixed in xfree-4.2.1-r2. I have xfree-4.2.1-r2 installed, and I had it installed before emerging kde-3.1. What do you suggest ? The order of merging was: xfree-4.2.1-r2 qt-3.0.5 kde-3.1_rc5 xfree-4.2.1-r2 (because of missing "voodoo3"-USE-flag) qt-3.1.0-r2 kde-3.1 Just updated to xfree-4.2.99.4 Now the fonts are working again this seems to be a duplicate of #13472, please emerge (new, masked) freetype and fontconfig. |
