Description phrexianreaper 2006-08-14 23:18:39 UTC
I emerged slibo today, and went to try to use it. Once I got past a problem with XGL, there seem to be missing deps:

crafy
phalanx
gnuchess
faile
KinghtCap
babyxboard
blah

I get this list from:

slibo: stack smashing attack in function virtual void QWidget::create(WId, bool, bool)()
Aborted

Thats the log I get when slibo fails to start. Seems alot of it isn't even in portage, or am I missing something here?
Comment 1 Mr. Bones. (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-08-15 00:51:42 UTC
This doesn't have anything to do with missing deps. The computer players are optional and only needed if you want to play against the machine. The problem is:

slibo: stack smashing attack in function virtual void QWidget::create(WId,
bool, bool)()
Aborted

Where it cores.

Reopen with the output of emerge --info

Probably due to hardened
