See the URL, it's all in this posting, even my answer about what I think the fault is.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. just emerge mjpegtools and it comes...
my USE Variables are listed in the URL, I mentioned above.
Actual Results:  
same halt at the same place again 

Expected Results:  
hehe, go on and emerge that lousy package ;)

in the future include the output in the bugreport

posting a URL and saying 'all the information is here' can be a pita and if, in the future, that URL is no longer valid, we lost that bit of information in the bug report
