checking for XML::Parser... configure: error: XML::Parser perl module is
required for intltool

config.log attached

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge shared-mime-info


Actual Results:  
shared-mime-info does not emerge and exits, preventing from emerging preview-latex

Expected Results:  
emerge shared-mime-info OK

Thanks a lot Jakob, now has worked perfectly (I searched the bug before but
found nothing)
