Description Alessio D'Ascanio 2005-07-17 03:10:59 UTC
Baobab is a C/gtk+ application to analyse directory trees in any Gnome
environment. Baobab can easily draw either the whole filesystem tree, or a
specific user-requested directory branch.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

baobab-1.0.1.ebuild

* I've just renamed the ebuild;
* 1.0.1 is now compatible with gcc 3.4 under x86.
Comment 3 Ciaran McCreesh 2005-08-24 09:48:20 UTC
Please fix the following and reopen:

* Your GTK dependency is incorrect. You need to specify which GTK you need, or
add a USE flag if both can be supported.

* Updated dependency from "x11-libs/gtk+" to ">=x11-libs/gtk+-2"
Comment 6 Mathias Hasselmann 2005-09-01 05:26:14 UTC
Why is it "RESOLVED WONTFIX"? Looks like an useful application for me.
Even more don't understand, why normal users cannot reopen bugs, if they do not
accept them being closed.
Comment 7 Richard Stellingwerff 2005-09-01 06:40:06 UTC
Please re-open this bug. I really want this in portage.
Comment 8 Ciaran McCreesh 2005-09-01 08:29:11 UTC
Yes, it's a nuisance that non-submitters can't reopen bugs. Unfortunately we'd
have to individually give every single bugzilla user manual reopen permissions,
there doesn't seem to be any way to let all users reopen all bugs... If there're
any more in the list that should be reopened but aren't, stick a quick comment
in the bug and myself or Jakub will reopen them.

* Added some needed dependencies
Comment 10 Ciaran McCreesh 2005-09-13 11:38:57 UTC
Removing REVIEWED tag, attachment #67642 [details] is a regression:

Comment 11 Homme Zwaagstra 2005-09-15 02:05:07 UTC
Renaming baobab-1.1.0-r1.ebuild to baobab-1.2.0.ebuild and emergeing on my x86
seems to have gone smoothly.

baobab-1.2.0.ebuild

Here is the ebuild i was using. It has a few differences with yours:
 - pkconfig is a build dep
 - have gettext in deps too (useless here, but iirc G/FBSD needs that)
 - use DESTDIR instead if einstall
 - have some DOC files

As for the category, it's gnome-extra here, although it could probably
somewhere else.

marked 2.2.0.ebuild obsolete
Comment 18 Eric Anderson 2006-02-05 19:21:01 UTC
I renamed baobab-2.2.1.ebuild to baobab-2.3.1.ebuild and it works fine. I am amd64, so a ~amd64 keyword can be added as well.
Comment 19 SpanKY gentoo-dev 2006-02-23 21:25:12 UTC
2.3.1 now in portage, thanks all
