When running Build|Run Configure for a project, configure reports:  
"in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail. 
So, check this please and use another prefix!" 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Project|New Project...  
2.Select C++|KDE|Simple KDE Application 
3.Build|Run Automake & friends 
4.Build|Run Configure
