Bug 98706 – The openoffice ebuild don't support Nynorsk

The openoffice ebuild don't support Nynorsk (Norwegian). I have modifyed it so
it now does support nynorsk, and will upload it once I have verified it works

openoffice-1.1.4-r1.ebuild

The one I tested, it works fine.

However, there may be newer versions of tho openoffice ebuild, so I will also
upload a patch (that contains the line I changed and the 2 lines I added)
