When portage (emerge) has a queue of packages to install, it should be able to
compile the "current" package being treated, and downloading the several others
(one at a time) in the background.
This doesn't bring any inconvinience to anyone, and i would speed up the
instalation of packages. And is also a necessary feature for a state of the art
portage system!
