While in gaim whenever it plays a sound the gnome volume control crashes and says "Volume Control" has quit unexpectedly If you reload a panel object, it will automatically be added back to the panel. Dont Reload Reload (buttons) I can click reload and it will reload in the panel i can click dont reload and it will be closed but wont be working which is what it needs to do. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.send/recieve message in gaim it plays a sound and volume control will crash. 2. 3. does this happen only with gaim? or other programs as well?
What alsa-lib version? 1.0.8 has some known problems crashing some stuff.
