Bpconf is a KDE frontend for BashPodder, which is included in the bpconf program, and is used for downloading PodCast feeds. There are no extra dependencies for building the program, but it does create a cron job if you like, so a cron system needs to be installed if this is desired. It runs just fine without any cron system installed however. I have attached the initial ebuild. I've noticed that the iPodder package in being installed in media-sound so I suppose this could be too. I have it installed in /usr/local/portage/media-sound/bpconf at the moment. Thanks!

I've updated the ebuild with a pkg_postinst() function to alert the user of the possible need for a cron system.

Attachment #62808 [details] isn't an ebuild, it's a Manifest. Please reopen with the correct file.

Created attachment 84610 [details] ebuild for KPodder 0.6 BPconf has been renamed to KPodder [http://www.leonscape.co.uk/linux/kpodder/]. Here is an ebuild for KPodder. Place it in media-sound/kpodder. It refuses to install if BPconf is installed, to prevent both from being installed at the same time.
