nelchael ([e-mail]) is mainly going to help out with the flood
of desktop-misc bugs, but will probably also work within other herds.

As for his motivations to join the Gentoo development team:
"I want to help maintain my distribution of choice. I've been helping for some
time, reporting bugs, posting patches and ebuilds. I'm also an active member of
Gentoo forums, where I'm a moderator in Polish forum. Also I think that I could
do ( (ab)use my skills ;) ) something useful for the community by actively
developing on the distribution."

Hi!
 Currently the new dev queue has been frozen do to needing to process a backlog of new dev bugs. Please see your core mail for more info. The freeze should be lifted in 2 to 3 weeks.

For documentation my reply to rane:

Please fix your script - I've just unmarked myself as being away and I'm getting
back to Gentoo :) -- by "fix" I mean adding a check when particular developer
marked and unmarked himself as being away, and not sending such e-mails to
people with recent "away activity".

Last bugzilla activity should be in January (I've marked one bug as duplicate,
added myself to CC to few other) and CVS activity will come soon (for now SVN
overlay ;) ).

We're closing the bug for now as Krzysztof is resuming his work on Gentoo.
