The package list in the original amd64 texlive 2024 stabilization request (bug #948142) was inconsistent (it was created with "pkgdev bugs -s"). Let's stabilize the missing pieces of texlive 2024 for amd64.

Turns out, I was made believe that those are missing stabilization, since epkginfo showed me that those are not stabilized. For example:

$ epkginfo kpathsea

However, the latest versions are stabilized. This is likely ::tex shadowing into the epkginfo output.
