Summer of Code is a programe in witch developers choose projects, and if they are accepted by mentors, they get paid by google after project acceptance. We could attract developers to gentoo by coopereting with googles "Summer of Code" program. There is nothing to loose, and we could win potential developers, or even have some real problems solved by fully paid staff.
