The current v1.1.5 fails to build on riscv64, which, amazingly, was fixed four years ago upstream:

I'd intentionally not bumped cmocka before because there were a tonne of post-release fixes which I was hoping would land in another release.

IIRC I was hoping for another one post-1.1.7 but clearly it hasn't happened (or I misremembered). I'll take a look. Sorry for the wait, it wasn't as simple as just not knowing though at least.
