While updating, emerge-delta-websync, emerge repeatedly tried to download
emerge-delta-webrsync-3 and was unable to do so.  Investigation shows that
files/digest-emerge-delta-webrsync-3 lists a file with size 13006 and the actual
file is size 13003.  Additionally, the MD5 sums do not match.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -v =emerge-delta-websync-3

Actual Results:  
!!! Couldn't download emerge-delta-webrsync-3. Aborting.
