Is there currently any work in the zope ebuild for automating ZEO setup? An init script for a ZEO instance involves trivial modification to the standard zope init script. zope-config could also be extended to handle creating the zeo instance. I'm happy to help where needed, but I wanted to check if this is currently on someone's todo list. -Jacob Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
new zope-config is on my todolist, although rather completly rework rather than small patches. ZEO is not atm, so separate script would be helpfull. you're welcome to write something and provide it for us.

As I'm no longer using zope for any of my current projects, and am otherwise too busy to help further with this (It's no longer summer.), I'm going to have say I can't help out now. Thanks for the effort. -Jacob
