ffmpeg supports filtering videos through DNN processors, including Tensorflow and Torch (https://ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg-filters.html#dnn_005fprocessing-1), but the ebuild as of 6.1.1-r7 does not support the build options (or, presumably, dependencies) to enable the backends. Please add support for these filters.
