the failure is the same described in bug 67691 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.add MAKEOPTS="-j24" to make.conf 
2.emerge libzvt 
3. 
 
Actual Results:  
fails to compile (see bug 67691) 
 

Expected Results:  
filter the -j from MAKEOPT

Please, don´t open new duplicate bugs. I also fail to see why we should filter
MAKEOPTS just because of someone who thinks that -j24 is a great thing to try...
