Thanks for catching that, I think the issue was my github repo was called "PyCPIO", I've changed it to "pycpio", to also match the pypi package, it seems to be working with that update.

This issue was already fixed in https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/proj/guru.git/commit/?id=80366719ccef5f2edb7a6e8a3dab39cb113f1bf2 and can be marked as resolved.
