I think that compilation error is due to I havent compiled kdelibs with +arts, then when I try to compile kttds it begins compiling artsplayer (even I have set -arts to kttsd USE), and it doesnt find those deps.

That is correct. Remerge kdelibs with USE=arts. 
The fix in kde.eclass went in after this bug was opened.
