dev-lang/ruby , please transit openssl from =0 to =0/1.1 , because it looks like i can't solve it without --autounmask-backtrack. ( openssl=0 deprecated  )

<ruby31 does not support OpenSSL 3. The default was recently changed to be ruby31. Please grep your /etc/portage for ruby.
