Hi,

I made a little enhancement against the current stable cyrus-imapd ebuild. I added a local USE flag named autocreate which should if it is set download and apply the autocreate patch from http://email.uoa.gr.

Is there a way how to determine the latest patch version automatically? At the moment the patch is hardcoded to the 0.9.2 version.

MYFILESDIR has to be converted to FILESDIR, I only did this so that I don't have to copy over all files from /usr/portage/net-mail/cyrus-imapd/files.

The other patches from http://email.uoa.gr/download/cyrus/cyrus-imapd-2.2.12/ could also be integrated this way.
