In my (stable) emerge -u world, the PHP ebuild is failing.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -u world
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
grep: /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.3.4/libstdc++.la: No such file or
directory

Expected Results:  
Should have built nicely.

Why is it invalid? Shouldn't this be done automatically, as part of the libtool upgrade process?
