ppc64 is the only arch to have KEYWORDS in 2.15.91.0.1 and it was only for unstable ...

2.15.92.0.2+ had ~ppc64 added to them recently so whenever you guys are comfortable, please remove 2.15.91.0.1 from portage

Looks like this has been done and ppc64 is up to 2.16.* now so time to stick a
fork in it!
