I have tested media-gfx/openscad-2021.01-r4 on ppc64 and it works

This has nothing to do with that other bug. That's for arm64, and explicitly excluding openscad.

The other is for arm64 as well and the explicit exlusion is changed in comment #11.
OpenSCAD is a dependency of FreeCAD and thus will be keyworded together, the package list just hasn't been updated after Roy last commented. I added the package now.
