A bunch of notices like this appear:

 * QA Notice: pkg-config files not respecting EPREFIX found
 * key=prefix does not respect EPREFIX:

Apparently this isn't a very serious problem, as the prefix is set after install, anyway.

Please attach a full build log and provide emerge --info.
