The x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers-470.141.03 ebuild rdepends on ~gui-libs/egl-wayland-1.1.7, but that package has been bumped to ~gui-libs/egl-wayland-1.1.7-r1 causing the update to be skpped

~ means "including any revision". Please be more specific about your problem, ideally including an emerge command and output.

Ok, portage complained about skipping the update of egl-wayland because of a dependency conflict. But after having emerged world, and updating again there is no error.
