All ebuilds: LICENSE="GPL-2"

I tried to run scancode-toolkit on: 2019.03.17.09.24.57, but gnulib has "license" written everywhere, so that doesn't give useful output.

I couldn't find anything that licensed -only with grep.

Under lib/ I found files licensed under: GPLv2+, GPLv3+ and LGPLv2.1+

Under doc/ I found files licensed the GFDLv1.3+


Therefore, it should be: LICENSE="GPL-3+ LGPLv2.1+ FDL-1.3+"
