for the next profile version number, let's plan with separate openrc and systemd features (as opposed to systemd overriding the openrc default and the resulting mess)

turns out, the systemd feature is so lightweight by now, it makes no sense to change it

we can change this at the profile level, but deeper it's not needed

however, while this idea may sound nice, it's too much waste at profile level (lots of empty directories). 

let's not do it after all, but one day switch to systemd default and openrc subprofiles (once systemd exists for musl and hardened too).
