build log for boost-1.80

I recently to update my system after not using it for about half a year. When trying to emerge -avDuv @world, I get a compilation error for the package dev-libs/boost-1.80.0.

I'm really sorry but this is an issue with your CPU. See bug 724314.

As a workaround, can try compiling it with clang, fwiw
