As the headline suggest, with USE=doc the package doesn't build complaining that it's missing the files src/KF5XmlGui.qch and src/KF5XmlGui.tags which indeed are missing.

The package compiles file with USE=-doc

The package compiles *fine* with USE=-doc is what I wanted to write.
