It doesn't depend on net-dns/libidn, but comes with it's own lib. Also:

checking for unsetenv... yes
checking for libc shared object... head: `-1' option is obsolete; use `-n 1' since this will be removed in the future
/lib/libc.so.6
checking for iconv... yes
