The template for creating a new empty directory in konqueror is missing.

Attempting to create a new directory from konqueror brings up a an error message
that /usr/kde/2/share/templates/.source/emptydir is missing.  To fix it all I
had to do was to create this empty directory.

I'm writing this to let you know I'm not dead, and haven't forgotten abut this issue.  
 
I'm sorry i didn't fix it before. I was (and am) testing experimental versions of emerge, and a bug 
in the symlink merging stuff prevented me from ding anything abut this. I'll fix this RSN (tomorrow I 
hope).

I'm sorry it took so long to fix it. Unfortunately it is not fixable cleanly with the current portage, and drobbins says empty dirs' mtimes tracking won't be implemeneted for a long while yet.  Anyhow, I added a kludge to make it work meanwhile.
