It would be nice if media-gfx/digikam would allow media-gfx/graphicsmagick[imagemagick] in addition to media-gfx/imagemagick to satisfy its dependencies.

P.S. Since a long time (years) I have media-gfx/imagemagick-7 in /etc/portage/profile/package.provided and media-gfx/digikam builds and runs fine.

We use virtual/imagemagick-tools for this, but yeah.

I think that depends on whether media-gfx/digikam depends on the binary or the library.  The former can be indirected through virtual/imagemagick-tools, but the latter needs a `||` dependency, AFAIK.
