Update the vlc-0.8.1.ebuild file in the following way:

- replace the private "utf8" use flag with the global and documented "unicode" one.
- replace the private "faad" use flag with the global and documented "aac" one, which is also used in <=vlc-0.8.0 and ffmpeg
